Retun and Exchange

Perimia return, exchange or cancellation policies: Return or Exchanges:

Orders can be returned 14 days after the reception of the order. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 2 business of delivery with proof of damage and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records. Customized items and wear are not returnable unless it is a return of a non-compliant item. All items must be returned in the original package. Unless otherwise stated, all returns or exchanges other than quality must be shipped prepaid Payer of freight charges is determined by circumstances of return. For returns that are not Quality related, a restocking fee will be assessed as follows: Within 7 days of receiving the item, a 25% restocking fee Within 14 days of receiving the item, a 20% restocking fee

Cancellation All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy: If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees. Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
