Orders can be returned 14 days after the reception of the order. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 15 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 2 business of delivery with proof of damage and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
Processing Time:
- Please allow our vendors located outside the U.S a minimum of 48 hours for processing your order.
- For vendors located within the U.S or inventories available at the Perimia U.S office, orders are processed within 24 hours.
- Kindly consider national holidays and weekends when estimating processing times.
Shipping Duration:
- Shipments originating outside the U.S are typically expected to take a minimum of 5 business days for delivery.
- Please note that the delivery timeline may vary based on the shipment's destination and U.S customs clearance time frame.
Order Tracking:
- Once an order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and detailed instructions on how to track your package.

- For all international shipments, we exclusively use DHL Express.
- Within the U.S, our trusted shipping partners are FedEx and USPS.
